Mission Statement: Northside Youth And Senior Service Center, Inc. is a non profit 501c3 agency serving the basic needs of the elderly, children and families in the St. Louis Metropolitan area by providing; 1) Access to education, counseling and health services; 2) Recreation and social program; 3) Daily nutritional meals.

ARCHS manages and funds the After School for All Partnership (ASAP), the largest coordinated after school system in St. Louis, providing free, high-quality programming for underserved children in grades K-5.
